Loan Portfolio AdministrationThis position is responsible for the daily administration of the loan portfolio. The essential functions include:Maintenance and servicing of the portfolioEnsuring compliance with SBA, USDA and Bank policies and procedures10+ years' experience of USDA Servicing and liquidation10+ years of special assets managementProvide mentoring and leadership for team membersManaging the collections processManage the renewal process of maturing loans in the portfolioPerform annual reviews on all loans in the portfolioCollect all financial documents and other documentation to ensure compliance with loan covenant and risk ratings.Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual loan management reports as prescribedEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesHave a proficient knowledge of the SBA SOP 50-57, SBA 50 10 & USDA RegulationsManage the SBA & USDA Guaranty Liquidation processManage the loan work-out process, including collateral liquidationAssists manager with the training and mentoring of team membersAbility to assess each borrower's credit and ability to repay their loans through the annual review process and recommend a risk rating based on creditAssists borrowers on servicing actions on their loans using applicable bank, SBA and USDA policies and procedures
