This role will champion Microsoft methodologies and frameworks and assist in the technical development of team members through the provision of guidance, support, mentoring and leadership.
You will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications to meet the business requirements of our clients. This includes writing code, testing and analyzing software programs and applications. The Developer will also research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.Tools and Languages required:Languages: Microsoft.Net, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, SQLFoundation Technologies: Visual Studio Professional, MSSQL, git, Azure DevOps, Azure PaaS ServicesResponsibilities:Work with the team and customers to translate requirements and design into working software.Manage development responsibilities as assigned by the development teamCollaborate with design, testing, and development staff to define software requirementsContribute to the overall software design and architecture for each feature to be deliveredRecommends/designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs.Use best practice in development efforts including unit testing, code structure, and deliverAssist in the creation and maintenance of software releasesMaintain in-depth knowledge of specific technical specialties, and provides expert advice regarding their applicationProvide and supervise specialist technical consultancyDelivers technical visualisation of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developersMaintains awareness and plans for non-functional requirementsContributes to and guides local or team-based standards for programming tools and techniques, advises on their application and ensures complianceTakes technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process.
Prepares project and quality plans and advises systems development teamsProvides advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required
