Senior Software EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and proactive senior software engineer to help with the modernization and migration of Java 18 based legacy applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java JavaScript Spring, Spring Boot Rest Webservices application security automation and AWS.
The role involves analyzing existing legacy systems modernizing components building Jenkins pipelines and ensuring security best practices.Analyze and migrate Java 18 legacy applications to AWS cloud infrastructureRefactor or rewrite legacy components where necessary for cloud compatibilityDesign and implement robust Jenkins CICD pipelines for automated builds testing and deploymentsResearch and document end to end data flow across legacy and cloud systemsCollaborate with cross functional teams to understand application dependencies and integration pointsIdentify and remediate security vulnerabilities in legacy code and infrastructureMust be on call support on a rotational basis for about 1 to 2 weeks a month
