In this role, you'll work across the stack to design, build, and operate mission-critical services—embedding AI agents, scaling high-volume systems, and removing inefficiencies through automation. If you want to build world-class systems at the intersection of AI and logistics, this is the job.What You'll Do:Design, build, and operate services and UIs used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.Embed AI/LLM capabilities (Vertex AI, open-source models, agentic tools) to automate decision-making and accelerate development.Stabilize backend services and scale high-volume systems.Own problems end-to-end across the product lifecycle.Technical Stack:Backend: Golang, Python, Postgres, RedisFrontend: TypeScript, Angular (v13+), Vue 3 / SvelteKitInfrastructure: GCPWhat Sets You Up for Success:Must-Haves:3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.Strong background in component-driven front-end development (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte) and modern UX patterns.Fluency in SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional and analytical workloads.Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs/AI agents to solve engineering problems and boost velocity.Strong product thinking and the ability to align engineering decisions to business value.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice-to-Haves:Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex problems.Experience stabilizing and scaling large, complex codebases.Benefits:Our direct client is committed to employee development and long-term career growth.
