Executive Search Manager - Recruitment and Sales Specialist

This role involves analyzing plans, assessing bid documents, and preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical systems. You’ll be a key contributor in helping secure work and transition projects smoothly to the execution team.

Base Pay Range
$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs using estimating software
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Develop budgets and design/build proposals (lighting, power, circuitry, etc.)
- Collaborate with suppliers and subs for pricing and scope clarity
- Provide oversight and mentoring to Estimators
- Assist with client communication and proposal follow-up
- Participate in contract review and negotiation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of electrical estimating experience
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
