Job Summary/Responsibilities

• Mentor, grow, and recruit staff.
• Lead a team of professionals overseeing the drainage design of large scale complex projects with a near‑term emphasis on design‑build delivery.
• Supervise and lead project plan production and technical reports.
• Establish budgets and schedules for project deliverables.
• Develop and manage key client relationships.
• Provide technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
• Present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.
• Participate in the development of technical proposals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative drainage technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to drainage systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize project sustainability and environmental impact.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during project implementation.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations to assess drainage conditions and requirements.
