Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SDLC, Scrum Master)Position: Contract to HireWork Location: Optum Care / Remote PositionWork Hours: 9am-5pm day shiftSalary: - Interview Process:Video/Phone Screen and up to 2 rounds.The interview will be moderately technical to evaluate skills and experienceDescription:The candidate will be part of a development team partnering with business and operations team members.Currently the development team consists of 6 members ranging from full stack developers to data engineers.In this role, it is expected that the individual will augment the current application development team in authoring full stack applications.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders (e.g., business owners, process owners, domain experts) to identify specific business requirementsConstruct workflow diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specificationsConduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements and constraints (i.e., "as-is" state)Document future state using appropriate tools/processes (e.g., "to-be" process maps)Facilitate all needed requirements-gathering activities (e.g., meetings, workshops)Serve as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Work as domain expert to look for the gaps in the process/systems and do the process re-engineering and work with development teams to get these automatedConduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issuesDefine and update the project schedule to track/measure progress of the requirements-gathering process (e.g.
