Job TitleLocation: Hawaii hybrid. Must go in the office 3 days per week. Hours: 8am-5pm HSTTeam: The contractor will report to the Director of the SGS Implementation BA COE.

There will be a dotted line reporting to the HI Project Manager and Engagement Manager.Project: Optum has been selected to implement a Electronic Data Warehouse for the State of HI. The EDW will ingest data from various state systems for the State to run reports and perform other functions as needed.Responsibilities:Establish and implement appropriate team structure to complete program implementationEstablish and maintain positive relationships with the client’s executive leadershipEstablish and maintain positive relationships with various Optum and UnitedHealthcare delivery teamsEstablish and manage the JPAS (JAD) process, driving alignment on requirements and functionalitySolicit, review, analyze, and create business requirementsIdeal Background:Experience maintaining visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient facetime with key executive stakeholdersDemonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders (client and internal) to ensure the proper strategy, plan, alignment, integration, and visibilityFoster and support business development opportunities while engaged with the clientNavigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams (both clients, Optum and United Healthcare) in a complex work environmentTop Requirements:Facilitating meetings with State Client Gathering and review of business requirements with Internal and External (State Client) stakeholdersAbility to lead our State Client through requirements in a manner that doesn't impact the Optum solution put forth.
