SQA Cloud Test EngineerOur client is seeking a SQA Cloud Test Engineer for a contract position.
Responsibilities include:Setting up cloud test environments for manual, performance, and soak test development and execution.Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, system, regression, and performance testing based on business requirements, use-cases, and engineering functional specs.Coordinating with cross-functional engineering and QA teams to ensure adequate test coverage of complex features.Executing test plans using both manual and/or automation means and generating test reports.Documenting and reporting issues and bugs on JIRA and verifying bug fixes and new features.Assisting in investigating, debugging, and troubleshooting software/hardware issues employing tools available, e.g., Wireshark, IXIA, etc.Actively participating in meetings, providing feedback for quality improvement at each test cycle.Assisting in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of system TestBeds to replicate different topologies possible with the focus on customer deployment.Required skills include:Cloud services experience with at least one of the following: Azure, AWS, GCP.Virtualization, Micro Services, SOA Architecture, Web Services, and REST APIs.Cloud computing platforms, tools, and technologies.Understanding of QA/Test process including designing test strategies and test plans.Agile environment experience or ability.CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment).5-6+ years in QA.Desired skills include:Networking L2/L3, and/or Network Performance Monitoring and/or Network Packet Brokering.NW Monitoring Tools experience preferred – e.g. IXIA, Spirent, Wire Shark, others.Test Automation (Python and Selenium WebDriver especially).About Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
