Speech Pathologist Career Opportunity
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support to patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans to address speech and communication challenges. You will work with cutting‑edge technology and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
- Identify issues and modify therapy as necessary.
- Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
- Celebrate patient victories and support their continued communication growth.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with field experience also acceptable.
