Role Overview
Seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as necessary, tracking progress, and celebrating patient victories. The role requires current licensure or certification in accordance with state regulations , CCC certification , and CPR certification (to be obtained within 30 days if not already certified). A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and communication therapy tailored to individual patient needs
- Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Document patient performance, response to therapy, and progress
- Support and motivate patients through their recovery journey
Qualifications & Skills
- State licensure or certification requirements
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification
- Educational background: Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience
