Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kent, WA

This full-time, in-person contract spans the entire school year, offering a dynamic environment with students at various developmental stages. As part of this engaging role, you'll work across 3-4 schools all within a few minutes' walk of each other, making collaboration and transitioning between sites both seamless and efficient.
Qualifications and Skills Desired:

• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology (M.S. required)
• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (or ability to secure prior to program start)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with computer use for documentation and communication
• Familiarity with writing reports and IEPs preferred, but not required
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience desirable-but open to new graduates
• Valid State of Washington driver's license may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Write clear, concise evaluation reports and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Provide direct intervention and consultation across multiple school sites
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
