Step into an impactful school-based role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a motivated group of middle and high school students. This contract position offers you the opportunity to work closely with a caseload of 25-30 students, primarily with moderate disabilities. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Maryland SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience with school-aged populations, particularly middle and high school students, preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, goal development, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students with moderate disabilities
- Assess students needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Monitor and document student progress toward communication goals
- Provide guidance and resources to faculty and parents to foster student development
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based SLP services

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $55.00.
