Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for special education students ages 3-22. Must be comfortable providing services in non-traditional settings (playground, lunch table, etc.) and adjusting delivery model to student needs. This position is all year round for the upcoming school year.Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMRequired Experience:School-based settings (preferred)Intensive supports / 1:1 environmentsAutism and complex developmental profilesAAC and mixed-mode communication (e.g., devices + sign + verbal)Strong cultural and functional fit for a high-intensity special education environment.Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of VirginiaPossession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearancesProof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goalsProviding push-in support in classroomsPerforming evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.Developing and implementing IEPsPerforming all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!Along with your resume, please be sure to include the best time of day and phone number to reach you.
