Position Details:

- Caseload and grade level assigned based on experience and district needs

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' academic and functional goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Active Oregon Special Education Teaching License or eligibility to obtain one before the start date
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
