What you'll do
• Support students with severe disabilities and behavioral needs in Special Education classrooms
• Reinforce academic, social, emotional, and behavioral skills
• Assist students individually and in small groups
• Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, hallways, and other school activities
• Assist with personal care and toileting when needed
What you'll need
• Minnesota Para Educator Certification OR 60+ college credits with official transcripts
• Comfortable providing personal care and toileting assistance
• Experience working with children or in Special Education is highly preferred
