Special Education Evaluation Coordinator - Minnesota Connections Academy

Evaluation CoordinatorMinnesota Connections Academy (MNCA) is a tuition-free, online public charter school for students in grades K-12 throughout Minnesota. MNCA is a member of the Minnesota Transitions Charter School (MTCS), a K-12 academic community. MNCA is a state-approved online program operated through a contract with Connections Academy of Minnesota, LLC, to provide the educational program and other services.

MNCA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.The Evaluation Coordinator supports the evaluation process by managing logistics, scheduling, and coordination. This role ensures that evaluations are organized, timelines are tracked, and all components of the evaluation process run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Schedule evaluation meetings, testing sessions, and team meetingsCoordinate student testing logistics, including materials and locationsTrack evaluation timelines and maintain accurate recordsManage and update evaluation tracking systems and spreadsheetsCoordinate with third-party vendors for contracted evaluation servicesSupport Live Services coordination for evaluation-related needsEnsure all required documentation is collected and organizedCommunicate with staff and families regarding scheduling and next stepsAssist Evaluation Managers in maintaining efficient workflowsRequirements:Strong organizational and administrative skillsExperience with scheduling and data tracking systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong attention to detailEffective communication skillsExperience in an educational or special education setting preferredOther duties as assignedPlease note that two-step authentication is required to set up and access all systems if a job offer is extended.Note: The anticipated starting salary for Minnesota-based individuals expressing interest in this position begins at $44,500 per year.Minnesota Connections Academy strives to create an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the diversity of the people we serve.
