This position is fully remote.Primary ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee the sourcing and procurement processes for the Construction/Building Products/Consumables across EquipmentShareNegotiate the best pricing and value for products and services in the most cost-effective and time-efficient mannerOversee and manage the creation of new and renewed vendor relationships and contractsReview product quality and effectiveness for EquipmentShare’s needsGuide, mentor & develop team members and vendors to meet business goals and targetsEvaluate product vendors and study market trends to identify the best vendor options and predict product availabilityAssist in the development of standards, processes and best practices for the Procurement departmentCommunicate clearly and collaborate across team’s organization-wide to achieve goals and establish transparent procurement processesReview current category services and products to identify areas of price reductions, efficient purchasing, improvements, etc.Build solid vendor relationships for common services across the categoryCollaborate and work with the organization’s management during vendor evaluation and selection, as well as purchase contract negotiations and service level agreementsMine data to drive in depth analysis of category usage and spend.
