We are seeking a dedicated SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center team. In this role, you will act as a core team member contributing to overall operational readiness and monitoring mission-essential communication sites and information systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, thrives in a high-stakes environment, and is eager to support round-the-clock security operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive, on-site monitoring and response for mission-essential communication sites and information systems.
• Classify, prioritize, and escalate security alerts promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow established procedures for data collection, triage, analysis, classification, and escalation to meet performance targets.
• Capture, log, respond to, and escalate events coming through email, chat, voice, and other communication systems with accurate documentation.
• Collect and analyze technical data to distinguish valid security issues from false positives and maintain high triage accuracy standards.
• Collaborate with team members to refine playbooks, dashboards, metrics, and detection strategies.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of security incidents and recommended response actions.
• Assist with resolution efforts during network and security incidents as directed.

Required Qualifications
• 1 3 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as clear documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to work rotating/flexible shifts within a 24/7 environment (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Must be able to complete an enhanced background check.
• Ability to attend an in-person interview.

Working Conditions:
• Location: Harrisburg, PA (100% Onsite)
• Position Type: Full-time Contract
• Schedule: 24/7 Shift Schedule (Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays)
