Skyline – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – On‑Call/PRN

Join Skyline at First Hill, Seattle’s premier luxury retirement community. This on‑call/PRN LPN position supports residents with compassionate care and assists the nursing team.

Location: Skyline at First Hill, 725 9th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.

Pay: $45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Maintain accurate and complete charting and record keeping.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Long‑Term Care preferred.
• Flexible schedule; able to work occasional weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative approach.

Physical Requirements

• May need to push, pull, or support up to 75 lbs on occasion.
