About the Site Manager Role
UUG is a leading urology network that values compassion, teamwork, integrity and diversity. The Site Manager oversees the daily and long‑term administrative and strategic operations of a clinic, ensuring safe, efficient, cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery of patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinic‑specific strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, identify growth opportunities, service expansions, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow; manage administrative staff such as receptionists, clinical staff, and office assistants.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Help develop and manage the clinic’s budget, monitor expenses, identify cost‑saving measures, and optimize revenue generation through billing and insurance processing.
- Maintain and improve quality of care and patient safety standards; monitor patient feedback and clinical outcomes; respond to grievances, complaints, and inquiries.
- Ensure efficient utilization of clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies; oversee inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating clinic staff; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Communicate new ideas, resolve problems, obtain feedback, and maintain staff effectiveness through regular meetings.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance the patient experience, address concerns, and minimize wait times and scheduling inconvenience.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA; proactively implement necessary changes and prepare for regulatory audits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, administration, business management or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Must be onsite at assigned clinic(s), Monday‑Friday during operating hours.
- Direct reports: all clinical personnel.
- Excellent customer service, commitment to patient‑centered care, superior leadership, problem‑solving, team‑building and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication; computer and database proficiency; strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Benefits & Compensation
Full‑time position. Salary range $65,000 – $90,000 annually, with actual compensation based on experience, education and location. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, health, dental and vision insurance, corporate discounts, and more.
Other Details
Travel: 25% within the geographic region. Physical requirements: able to sit, stand, walk throughout the day; occasional stooping and bending required. Job type: Full‑time.
