Synapse Construction is hiring a Site Lead to oversee residential remodeling projects across the greater Seattle area. We specialize in high-end exterior work and are looking for a leader who can run crews, maintain standards, and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site crews
- Coordinate daily operations and keep projects moving
- Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and organization
- Communicate with clients and internal team
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading crews or managing projects
- Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented
Exterior envelope experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
