Shift Manager – $23.50 to $24.25 (Flexible Schedule, Health Benefits)

Job Duties & Requirements

• Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, address issues, and ensure meeting company standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with succeeding shift managers.
• Assist departments in meeting goals and targets.

As a Shift Manager you may be responsible for:

• Food Safety
• Internal Communication
• Inventory Management
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Managing Crew
• Quality Food Production
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Safety and Security
• Scheduling
• Training

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
