Shift lead responsibilities:
- Provide world-class product quality
- Be a role model when serving guests
- Maintain the restaurant and environment
- Provide strong leadership
- Train, supervise and coach staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Order supplies
- Problem solving
- Execute daily systems to achieve company standards
