To get teams follow for stories as per DoR and DoD.To take servant leadership role and contribute in Impediment removal. Help team in eliminating the blockers which hinder team's progress.Handle the Backlog Management and partner with PO to maintain priority defined Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.Step in for Technical Coordination where needed and bridge gaps between Developers, Admins and Business Analysts to support the Salesforce Project's release management, UATs, Deployments.Monitor the metrices well organized and detailed.
