Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Position Summary
The ServiceNow SecDevOps Specialist supports cybersecurity operations by maintaining ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, security-tool integrations, vulnerability automation, and providing secondary SOC alert triage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) workflows, dashboards, assignment rules, and vulnerability records.
- Troubleshoot Tenable/Invicti integrations and CMDB data issues.
- Support security integrations, workflow enhancements, and automation.
- Assist with Splunk alert triage, escalation, and alert tuning.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Desired Experience
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and vulnerability management.
- Tenable/Invicti, CMDB, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Basic scripting, APIs, automation, and SIEM tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
