ServiceNow Change Management Engineer (Sunnyvale)

Change Management EngineerDesign and develop a Change Modernization program plan for a complex site environment. Facilitate change management modernization procedures and ensure reliability testing procedures align with site environment changes focusing in below areas:Change Modernization – Automation, Gatekeeper, CI/CD checks, Attestation, Predictive IntelligenceAutomated Change evaluation and enablement – change feed, DependencyVendor Change Management – Strategy, Technical Impact AnalysisProduction Readiness validation for changesPublic Cloud (MSFT/GCP) provider/Vendor change analysis, dependency and technical impact analysisUnderstand Requirements, Propose solution and Implement to stakeholder satisfactionResponsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in enough detail to be accurately estimatedHands on expertise required in Change Management modules apart from having worked in other modules such as Incident, Problem of latest version of Service nowDesign, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, API and notificationsDevelop new and maintain existing custom scoped applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applicationsStrong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4), IT Change Management (Application and/or Infrastructure), systems development process, SDLC methodologies (Agile is a plus)Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instancesCommit to the continuous improvement and learning of development and ServiceNow best practices, tools and technologyDevelop new and maintain existing custom scoped applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applicationsIntegrate the business goals of site reliability engineering and site safety engineering. Train team members on the development and implementation of tools and applications for reliability predictions and improvements.

Decide criteria selection and evaluation for site reliability analysis and assessment. Facilitate Opensource Chaos experiments to test and validate the resiliency of applications.
