Overview
Level 2 service desk support for 1,500+ end users
Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in IT end user support, ideally for technology or enterprise-level companies
- Mac OS/desktop support experience, including JAMF for MDM
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, and Google Workspace
- Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA, FreshService, or similar
- Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers
- Okta experience (preferred) for onboarding, account provisioning, access management, etc.
- AV/VC experience with Zoom highly preferred (setting up conference rooms, large events, etc.)
