Compensation Parameters
- The firm is highly profitable, committed to long-term independence, and to expanding ownership participation across employees
- Meaningful equity opportunities available at a firm xhqgsiq in which more than 1/3 of employees own dividend-paying true equity
- Compensation package includes commensurate guaranteed compensation ($200,000+), sign-on bonuses, and equity participation well above market standards
