Senior VP, Transaction Advisory: Due Diligence Leader

Stout seeks a Senior Vice President to lead transaction advisory due diligence with buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will guide quality of earnings, working capital and contingencies analysis to inform decisions and negotiations.
