Salary: $136,666 – $211,111 base + performance bonus + incentive compensation

This leadership role allows you to influence key business decisions, work directly with executives and investors, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the practice. You’ll be empowered to shape outcomes across acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements from start to finish
- Analyze financial performance, assess risk, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and review financial models, reports, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with leadership on practice growth, operational improvements, and client strategy
- Mentor and develop managers and senior staff, building high-performing teams
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development
Must-Have Skills:
- Active CPA license
- 7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or a related field
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial analysis for transactions
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or complex projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience advising private equity-backed companies
- Exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Background in operational finance, process improvement, or strategic initiatives
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
