Senior Transaction Tax Leader (Principal/Director)

CLA is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice in Minnesota. The role requires 10+ years in federal, state, and international tax, CPA certification, and the ability to lead engagements, mentor staff, and manage client relationships.
