Senior Transaction Tax Director - PE Due Diligence Leader

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice in Colorado. You will lead high‑impact engagements, cultivate client relationships, and mentor team members.

You will perform federal, state, and international tax due diligence, structuring, modeling and other engagements, and collaborate with SALT, International Tax, and Federal Tax Solutions groups. CPA required; a JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
