- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 2–3+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Automotive Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, Apex, LWC, security model, and solution architecture.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD, DevOps tools such as Copado and Git, testing, and release management.
- Strong stakeholder communication, executive management, risk/governance, resource management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Secondary (Good to Have):
- Experience managing hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum methodologies across complex technology programs.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
