Our client is looking for an exceptional Tax leader to oversee compliance and planning across a diverse, multi-entity portfolio. This dynamic professional will be part of a collaborative finance team and serve as the main contact for outside tax, legal, and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage federal, state, local, and international tax compliance
- Oversee outside tax advisors, review returns, workpapers and other deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Support tax planning and structuring for investments and transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings
- Partner with legal, accounting, and financial advisors on tax matters
- Track tax law changes and identify planning opportunities
- Support senior finance leadership with tax analysis and special projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting or public/private industry mix
- Strong technical knowledge of partnership and pass-through taxation
- International tax exposure preferred
- CPA, Master's, MBA preferred
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
- Sound judgment and discretion
