You will work in a matrixed environment alongside peers in business, product, engineering, program, among other disciplines, to collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading strategic technology and architecture solutions aligned to business goals and objectives. In addition to your primary team, project, or portfolio you will be supported by a diverse Architecture Community, which provides learning and governance resources to all architects and will help you build a strong and robust practice of leadership grounded in technical proficiency, innovative thinking and empathy.The Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the tactical delivery of key projects within the Global Architecture program.
This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the needs of our organization. The Systems Analyst will work closely with technology and business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio, and core delivery teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.The role:Partner with Architects as they develop technology strategies that support business objectives and growthDrive strategic operational programs that enable Architects to serve & support their internal business & technology stakeholdersDevelops an overall timeline, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, cross-functional dependencies, and reporting structure to track progress across multiple workstreams, with guidance from the Technology ManagerUnblocks the team and proactively problem solves as needed with guidance from the Technology ManagerProactively identifies and addresses potential risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them while ensuring transparency with relevant stakeholdersValidates that the project delivers the expected outcomes, supports architecture, business and technology objectives, and is of qualityEnsures the objectives of a project are understood, documented, and measurableBuilds relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, China) and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with timelines, architecture, business, and technology objectives.Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and trackedCollaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, workflows, processes, and user needs, and analyzes these requirements to translate them into technical specificationsDesign and implement information systems to meet the organization’s needsConducts system testing and validation procedures and troubleshoots and resolves system issuesProvide technical support and training to end-usersPrepare and maintain system documentationQualifications:4+ years in technology or related field w/ 4+ years experience as a System Analyst or similar role, experience within architecture or IT operations in a global organization is highly desirableStrong knowledge of system design and development methodologiesProficiency in programming languages and database management1-2 years in scrum/safe or other agile practice certification preferredProven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs on a global scale, experience leading transformational initiatives preferredProven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as but not limited to capacity management, dependency management, resource management, annual planning process, etc.Possess strong team player, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to measure and improve products and processesAbility to excel in an ambiguous environment, leveraging existing processes and tools with minimal guidance from Technology ManagerAbility to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issueself-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidanceProven track record and experience working in a global company with global and remote teams across different time zonesDemonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, multi-program environment with changing prioritiesStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authorityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and through critical issuesProficiency in program management, collaboration and documentation management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Miro, etc.Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications, troubleshoot issues, and possibly configure systems for use within Global ArchitectureMust haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
