Role Description
- Develop test methodologies and software programs for Compute-in-Memory Associative Processing Unit (APU) devices on Advantest V93000 ATE systems.
- Debug test programs and test vectors during engineering development for NPI.
- Develop and validate ATE test hardware.
- Develop characterization (CZ) plans based on input from design engineers and customers.
- Collect, analyze, and present characterization data.
- Collaborate with Design and QA teams to establish and implement best practices for post-silicon testing.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and production-related test issues.
- Assist in transitioning engineering prototypes into cost-effective, high-volume production.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in ATE testing, test flow development, and SoC testing.
- Proficiency in developing, debugging, and correlating Advantest V93000 test programs.
- Experience in ASIC or SoC test development, bring-up, and debug.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with C++, Verilog, and Python is a plus
