It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a high-impact role within a scaling company.Position Overview:The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and lease-related accounting activities.

This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financials and contribute to process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Perform general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closePrepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAPSupport lease accounting activities, including tracking and reporting of lease-related transactionsMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variancesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisContribute to the development and improvement of internal controls and accounting processesSupport tax filings and compliance requirements (sales tax, property tax, etc.)Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist with ad hoc reporting and special projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field4+ years of accounting and/or audit experienceStrong understanding of GAAPExperience with financial statement preparation and account reconciliationsProficiency in Excel and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentPreferred (Not Required):Experience with lease accounting or contract-based accounting environmentsExposure to ERP systems or accounting softwareBackground in equipment leasing, finance, or asset-based industries
