$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned software engineer with deep expertise across multiple platforms — web, desktop, and mobile — along with experience working on embedded and IoT products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in diverse technical environments and can deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to IoT and embedded technology initiatives, bridging modern applications with device-level software.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and extensible systems using object-oriented development principles.
- Participate in architectural design discussions, ensuring solutions can scale to thousands of users.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze systems, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Document processes and solutions with clarity through diagrams, flowcharts, and technical notes.
- Support continuous improvement by researching new tools, methodologies, and technologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
Must Have
- 7–10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience with embedded systems and IoT product development.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, revision control, and agile practices.
- Experience writing code in both compiled and interpreted languages.
Nice to Have
- Experience with software packaging and deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting languages in addition to OO programming.
- Exposure to large-scale system design and distributed architectures.
