Job Overview
JLL Technologies, a division of JLL, is looking for a Senior Developer for a 9‑month contract that may lead to full‑time employment. The role focuses on building an application for real‑estate brokers using the ArcGIS JavaScript API, providing 3D visualization, trade optimization, infographics, and custom dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer application development through agile processes.
- Collaborate with enterprise data teams, partner service providers, and GIS teams.
- Perform data preparation and basic data science tasks.
- Design and implement graphs, dashboards, and infographics.
- Develop UI in partnership with a Design team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong JavaScript proficiency with front‑end development experience.
- Knowledge of Python is helpful.
- Working knowledge of Arcade.
- Extensive experience and portfolio with ArcGIS JSAPI and an avid interest in 3D GIS.
- Exceptional leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
