Senior Software Engineer – Integrations team
Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions. Work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis to provide the right technical and business solutions for customers
- Take key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end‑to‑end delivery of development work
- Write clean scalable code, and test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge
- Be part of an engineering organization delivering high‑quality, secure voice solutions to clients
- Engage in product and platform performance optimization and live‑site monitoring
- Participate in on‑call rotations to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous reliability
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development
- Keep security at the forefront of all work
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in back‑end development
- Expert‑level programming skill in Typescript or Python
- Deep understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, security best practices, and cloud‑based platforms
- Proven knowledge of distributed computing principles and experience with cloud platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; should thrive in cross‑functional teams
- Experience with on‑call rotations and implementing monitoring and alerting systems
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in back‑end development
- 5+ years of deploying software to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Extensive experience owning software through the complete development life cycle
- Significant experience delivering software focused on security, scalability, availability, and performance
Compensation
$150,000 – $220,000 per year
