ServiceNow DeveloperThe ServiceNow Developer is part of the Enterprise Solutions Team and plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining CorVel's ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow developer collaborates with team members, business partners, and other stakeholders, supporting business processes.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to augment the ServiceNow platformMaintain the ServiceNow platform's stability and implement necessary changesLead ServiceNow development projects by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutionsCollaborate with team members and application owners to devise innovative solutions that meet business needs and stakeholder expectationsAdditional duties as assignedKnowledge & SkillsProficiency in ServiceNow Performance analytics and advanced reportingProven strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective collaboration with team members and business partnersExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated project management skillsAbility to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload with minimal direction to meet designated deadlinesEducation & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform developmentCertified in ServiceNow technologies with validated skills in platform development and implementationExperience with developing and/or implementing 3rd party integrations with ServiceNowExperience with building custom solutions using App Engine StudioExperience with designing and implementing ServiceNow Workspaces and/or custom portals using the UI builderExperience with Chat Bot Implementation and NLUExpertise in GRC/IRM is highly preferredCollege Degree or equivalent work experience preferredPay RangeCorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.

Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
