Senior Scrum MasterAs a Senior Scrum Master you will be responsible for coordinating multiple cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. You will assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. You will identify and remove impediments to progress. You will facilitate sprint planning events, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will support, coach and mentor team members and facilitates collaborative interactions and events aimed at delivering business value in a Scrum @ Scale environment.Responsibilities:Teach and mentor multiple teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practicesFacilitate team events that brings out the ideas of everyone on the team. Ensure the outcomes of the events are achievedWork with the teams to implement and create new practices that improves the team's ability to deliver better outcomesFoster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the teamHelp the teams remove their own barriers, leverage Scrum of Scrum's to remove barriers the team is unable to remove and challenge organizational impedimentsPartner with the Product Owner to be in sync; ensure alignment of the Product vision, goals, delivery of customer-centric products and a healthy backlogWorks with team and Agile Coaches where necessary to co-create and refine team working agreement, definition of "ready", and definition of "done" and a coaching backlogCoach the team and leaders to solve their own problems and empower the team's ability to solve problemsBe a change agent and help the teams navigate through organization change, leveraging ADKAR and other Change Management methodologiesParticipate in scaling adoption and scaled events, including cross-team planning, delivery synchronization, dependencies and systems-level inspect & adaptQualifications:Bachelors Degree - Business, Agile, Project Management related disciplines5+ years experience on a scrum team5+ years of experience with lean and implementing a kaizen mindset1+ years experience working in a Scaled environment, preferable Scrum @ Scale or SAFeStrong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching and mentoring skillsEmbody the Scrum Values: Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment and FocusMust have a bias for action and be comfortable in an ever changing or ambiguous environmentAdvanced credential from the Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, or ICAgile preferredTech savvy, experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Office 365 preferredEncourage an experimental and fail-fast and learning mindset preferredExperience working with teams applying DevSecOps capabilities to achieve delivery speed and operational stability preferredExperience in a scaled frameworks especially but not limited to Scrum @ Scale preferredWork with teams from a variety of technical domains, including but not limited to warehouse management systems, ERPs, financial systems and data-warehouses preferredRemote work with the ability to travel to office locations as neededCompensation Details $93,937 - $126,815 AnnuallyThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
