Senior RBT & Team Mentor — ABA Therapy Lead

Verbal Beginnings, LLC in Frederick, MD is seeking a Therapy Room Supervisor / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy, mentor technicians, and supervise day-to-day classroom operations. You will ensure a safe, positive learning environment, supervise ABATs/JTs/LTs, and support consistency of therapy programs across sessions.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, two shift options, competitive hourly pay of $24, paid time off, and benefits.
