Senior Rare Disease Brand & Launch Lead

REGENXBIO is seeking an Associate Director, Rare Disease Product Marketing to shape and execute brand strategy across HCP, payer, caregiver, and field teams. You will translate research into actionable marketing plans, manage launch readiness, and drive integrated campaigns in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and R&D to align messaging, generate insights, and optimize promotional materials.
