Ursa Major seeks a Senior Mission Engineer to drive external success of SRM products in field campaigns and testing. You will plan and execute flight campaigns, support hardware qualification, interfacing with DoD partners, and ensure safety and compliance across test ranges.
You will lead data reviews, troubleshoot test issues, and communicate technical insights to customers while protecting the Ursa Major brand. Travel up to 50% for multi-week campaigns is expected.
