Serenity Recruitment Group is partnering with a global, top-tier commercial real estate services firm to hire an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a complex industrial portfolio for three major institutional clients.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role for someone who pairs hands-on industrial expertise with strong financial acumen.

What you'll do:

• Lead relationships with three institutional clients and deliver on their investment goals

• Oversee a multi-site industrial portfolio (warehouse, logistics, light industrial)

• Own operating and capital budgets, forecasts and variance reporting

• Manage CAM reconciliations, rent collection and lease compliance

• Deliver capital projects and maintain safety and regulatory standards

• Lead and develop a team of property managers and admin staff

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years in commercial property management, with significant industrial experience

• A track record managing assets for institutional owners (REITs, pension funds, PE)

• Strong financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and CAM reconciliations

• Experience with NNN leases and complex, multi-site portfolios

• Team leadership experience

• Yardi or MRI and advanced Excel

• CPM, RPA or CCIM a plus
