Sr Project ManagerLocation: Minneapolis, MN Company: The Boldt Company Anticipated Salary Range: $123,000-$185,000At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of large, complex industrial construction projects across the Twin Cities region. You will lead the project delivery, project execution, build relationships with industry partners, and support business development for future opportunities.You will oversee project execution with a focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring all work meets Boldt standards. A key part of the role includes coaching and developing project teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.What You BringBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Ten or more years' experience in construction project management and related functions.A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.

The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.Nice to HaveBroad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques.Ability to apply innovative management techniques to inspire and empower teams to produce desired results.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.Proficiency in 0365 office suite.
