Senior Project Manager, Institutional (Civic + Education + Public Safety)

Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols.

Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.Required Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.10+ years of experiencePreferred Education & ExperienceProfessional Engineer, Registered Architect, or CCMMarket-specific CertificationsStrong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to develop relationships internally and externally.Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.Familiarity with how projects go from beginning to completion.A background in mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplinesSalary range for this position varies between $115,000 – $155,000, depending upon applicable experience.LEO A DALY offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, financial stability, and work-life balance.
