Senior Project Manager / HyperscaleThe Senior Project Manager (Level IV) is responsible for the full lifecycle leadership of our largest, most complex, and highest-risk projects and programs. This role operates with strategic foresight and executive presence, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and at or above targeted margins. The Senior PM independently oversees large enterprise systems, phased campus deployments, multi-year contract programs, and high technical complexity design-build portfolios. This role acts as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively identifies contractual and financial risk exposure, and drives margin expansion through disciplined financial oversight and operational leadership. Beyond assigned projects, the Senior PM contributes to organizational health by mentoring Project Managers, influencing process improvements, participating in bid reviews and preconstruction planning, and advising leadership on backlog strength and portfolio risk trends.This is a full time/direct hire role where the candidate can live anywhere in the country. The salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Bonus Pooling. This is a traveling role, from 50% to 75% depending on job needs and can live anywhere in the country if not local to area Salary + per diem + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Bonus Pooling. 75% travel strongly preferred but open to 50+ % travel.–50-75% travel required – can live anywhere in the USThis is a high-level leadership role so expertise managing during construction within low voltage cabling and hyperscale data centers is required.Preferred experience with Meta or Microsoft or other hyperscalersYOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE during the construction phase AND post construction is a bonusManaging teams of 75+ trades people during the build out of the data centerMust have 7 years experience on Mission Critical Data Centers for large hyperscale projects.
